Common questions
Does the kiosk need a trained operator?
No. The multilingual touchscreen and voice guidance walk users through every test step by step. A single attendant can assist first-time users and manage consumables, but no clinical training is required.
How accurate are the readings?
Every instrument in the kiosk is a CE / FDA-grade medical device, and the platform is CDSCO licensed with software maintained to IEC 62304. Readings are clinical-grade screening results, designed for early detection and monitoring.
Do blood tests need a laboratory?
No. Blood and urine panels run on rapid diagnostic cassettes and strips inside the kiosk itself. Results appear on screen and in the report within minutes, with no sample sent out.
Is patient data secure?
Yes. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest on a HIPAA-compliant backend. Reports are shared only through the user's own WhatsApp, email or QR health card.
What does installation involve?
A standard power point and a network connection (4G or Wi-Fi) are all a site needs. The kiosk arrives pre-configured; our team commissions it, trains your attendant and hands over the analytics dashboard, typically within a day.
