A kiosk that is down is a village without a clinic. You are the person who makes sure that does not happen - and when it does, you are on the train that evening.
Where you will be
Primary care centres, district hospitals, corporate campuses and railway stations across UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR. Expect real travel.
What you will do
Install and commission kiosks at customer sites
Diagnose and fix hardware faults on the spot where possible
Train the operators who will use the machine every day
Feed field failures back to engineering so they get designed out
What we are looking for
Diploma or degree in electronics, biomedical or a related discipline
Willing to travel 15+ days a month
Calm with customers when something is broken
Hindi and English; a driving licence helps
